Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or Polymer Chemistry 3–5 years of experience in a polymer science laboratory Knowledge and hands-on experience with solvent-based and water-based polymers and dispersions. Proficiency in conducting research on raw materials and project-related topics. Ability to formulate and synthesize products at lab and pilot scales. Experience using Sage X3 or similar platforms for maintaining formulation packages and technical documentation.
