We’re looking for a Technology Delivery Lead within the Instrument Crew to:
• own overall quality of the POD’s products including their operational health, client and internal user satisfaction, and the delivery of valuable outcomes. These products provide state of the art Reference data management capabilities to various reference data operations and technology teams.
• ensure timely releases into production with high quality. Additionally, the delivery lead needs to partner closely with Production Support teams to improve the health of the systems and ensure minimal downtime/impact to business.
• actively contribute towards adopting modern development practices including improving code quality and security, daily builds and automated deployment including automated testing.
• lead the pod in modern product practices, empowering and developing pod members, and striving for continuous improvement whilst making space for learning and innovation
• interact with clients and internal consumers to understand their needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context and competitor landscape
• partner closely with the Crew Technical Lead and Crew Product Lead to help drive , businesses and control functions across streams and divisions.
