Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Experience in Implementation of EPBCS cloud with strong Application Development process experience on PBCS/EPBCS and good knowledge on consolidation/reconciliation process. Out of the module experience(Finance, workforce & Capex). Good experience in data management and integration with source systems directly. Hands- on experience of writing complex business rules and groovy scripting. Responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, integration, and management of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPBCS) solutions. Lead a team of EPBCS specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that align with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and business leaders, to ensure successful deployment and optimization of Oracle EPBCS solutions. Oracle EPBCS Implementation: Lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPBCS modules, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions that align with best practices and industry standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, business unit heads, and key stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide strategic guidance, and align Oracle EPBCS initiatives with organizational objectives. Good to have: Financial Consolidation & Close, Management Reporting, SmartView, Profitability and Cost Management Cloud, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data management/ Data Integration, Essbase etc.

 

Experience: 

Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years in customer-facing implementation projects, particularly in EPBCS is highly preferred. Demonstrates solid knowledge and experience in leading technical implementation of EPBCS (Enterprise Performance Management) tools: Oracle Cloud EPBCS PCMCS - Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service Narrative Reporting Proven experience in leading Oracle EPBCS implementations, specifically focusing on out of the box modules. Genuine passion for assisting customers in their digital finance transformation journey.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members. Ability to drive project and team independently, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents. Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical & problem-solving skills Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly. Ability to follow well defined release management processes and stay focused on release priorities. Project management skills to lead Oracle EPBCS implementation projects within defined timelines and budgets. Ability to follow well defined release management processes and stay focused on release priorities. Must have valid passport for business travelling which involves work at client site.

 

Education:

Should be a graduate from any reputed educational institution with finance is preferred, having Oracle certification is an added advantage.
