• Executing client projects under the supervision of a Senior Technical Consultant
• After-sales technical support to Asia-Pacific clients
• Conducting on-site and remote installations, configuration and support of enterprise software
• Recommending appropriate custom solutions where required.
• Pre-sales support to consultants and the sales teams including managing RFP/RFI responses
• Become a knowledgeable expert on our products and associated technologies
• Developing relationships with support and development teams
Requirements
• At least two years prior experience in a technical, client-facing role
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand, explain and implement complex IT solutions
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and independently seek knowledge
• Ability to adapt where limited information about a client or their technology stack is known
• Good understanding of many of the technologies underpinning our solutions: IIS; MS SQL; Active
Directory; Window Server; SOAP/REST Web Services; COM; .Net; WCF
• Ability to produce, and review technical documentation
• Ability to manage multiple client issues including support tickets and projects
• Experience in managing client relationships
• Experience working in an international environment (global teamwork)
• Educated to degree level or significant industry experience
• Fluent in Korean and business capable in English (spoken/written)
• Ability to work in Korea and travel to other countries in region
Desirable
• Experience in deploying software in cloud (Azure/AWS), on-premise, and hybrid environments
• Significant experience, or accreditations in Cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Experience in contracting professional services with large & complex organisations
• Experience in developing code or scripts, preferably in an enterprise environment
• Experience with systems integration and data transformation
• Microsoft SQL Server experience including: SSIS; Query writing; database optimisation
• Experience with a scripting language (PowerShell, Batch, VBA and/or Perl).
• Network performance analysis
• Development experience (.Net, C++, C#, Java)
• Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift and/or AKS
• Core Microsoft, Azure, Citrix, Cisco, VMWare or other key IT certifications.
• Experience bridging the communication gap & requirements between business users and
technology teams.
