In this role, you will ensure technology systems, processes, and operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices as well as track delivery dates and producing compliance metrics.

Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology-related risks and compliance requirementsConduct regular reviews and assessments of technology processes, systems, and controls to identify potential compliance gapsStay current with industry regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001) and ensure alignment with our practicesExperience with any Risk Management Tools such as TruOps is preferredAssist in developing and implementing technology compliance policies, procedures, and guidelinesMonitor and track changes in regulatory requirements, communicating updates to stakeholders and adjusting processesParticipate in internal audits and assessments to evaluate compliance effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvementAssist in coordinating external audits and assessments conducted by regulatory bodies or third-party auditorsProvide recommendations and guidance to address compliance deficiencies and vulnerabilitiesParticipate in the creation and delivery of compliance training programs for employeesCollaborate with other department such as legal, security, and IT teams to ensure a cohesive approach to technology compliance EducationBachelors Degree - Computer Science, Information Technology or Related - MinimumYears of Experience3 years - Technology Compliance, Risk Management or Related - Minimum

In Lieu of Education

8 years - Technology Compliance, Risk Management or Related Certifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or Related - Preferred

 

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$67,100‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$94.750 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
