This position works collaboratively in a team environment (sales, engineering, manufacturing, product management) in identifying, implementing and supporting software and process improvements to the Consumer Packaging North America Division, reporting to the Technology and Analytics Manager. Primary responsibilities focus on development of applications and process improvement utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse). Including support of sales, business project management, and other applications.
This is an in-office role at our Evansville, IN facility. Relocation is not available.
Responsibilities Ability to identify complex problems or solutions, formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternatives and their implications, then implement best path forward.Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools: Dataverse, Power Apps, AI Builder/M365 CoPilot, and other tools in the suite of applications.Uses knowledge working with web and service applications, such as Sales CRM, Planview (Project Management), Varicent Incentive Compensation.Ensures proper controls, practices, and version-controlled documentation are in place and commonly accessible to support the systems that assure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity.Collaborates with divisional stakeholders to gain alignment on creation of common metrics using system data to gauge compliance with use of the tools and the accuracy of the Lead to Order systems.Resolves system issues, maintains a log of issues, the priority, and resolution status.Coordinates upgrades to systems, installation of additional/new modules, and ensures that software changes are tested and validated prior to implementation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an information management, business field, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience working in these areas required.Minimum of 2+ years’ experience supporting and maintaining enterprise systemsProficiency in Microsoft programs, such as Office Suite, Power App Suite (Dataverse, Power Apps), ProjectDemonstrated ability to analyze and interpret causes of data inaccuracy and, through effective problem solving, suggest corrective action.Understanding of Project Management fundamentals is a plus.Experience in basic programming logic and various query languages, including SQL and PythonExperience in report authoring utilizing technologies such as COGNOS, SQL, Visual Basic and TableauEffective verbal and written communication skills#INCPNA
