As a Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting day to day service delivery for applications and services managed by the Commercial Applications function, liaising with third party support teams, Technology teams, business users/areas and stores as required. You will also support progression and delivery of service improvements and new applications / project implementations in line with business requirements and Technology needs.
Accountabilities
Working daily with support partners and business teams to ensure proper operation of applications and services within the Commercial Applications area.
Supporting daily service stand ups and service reviews with internal stakeholders and external providers.
Representing the Commercial Applications area at project and service transition meetings.
Liaising with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, and relevant business areas, on incident investigation and resolution.
Liaising with support partners and business areas on change and problem management.
Proactively supporting the development and implementation of service improvements within the Commercial Applications function in conjunction with support partners and key stakeholders.
Supporting the progression of project work as part of the Commercial Applications function.
Creating and maintaining technical/service documentation.
Analysing performance and incident data to help identify recurrent issues and areas for improvement.
Supporting the Nutmeg clothing business through driving forward Technology incident investigation/resolution, and new developments, in line with business requirements.
