People systems are our ‘thing’.  We have recently rolled out a new employee portal to around 45,000 people, consisting of Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Time & Labour, Payroll and Recruiting, with lots more to come including Benefits and the full Talent Management suite.

Reporting to the Lead HCM Solution Specialist for HR & Talent, you will work closely with a team of HCM Solution Specialists to support the configuration of business requirements.  You will be proficient in Oracle fast formula and use them to deliver enhancements to the existing setup, as well as providing solutions to complex requests.

Previous experience of working with Oracle Cloud HCM and fast formulae are essential, with Oracle Compensation and Talent module experience desirable. 

Our team works mostly remotely, linking up via regular video calls so you will always feel in the loop.  Although home working is the norm, travel to Head Office once a week will be required as a minimum.

Responsible for;

the creation and maintenance of configuration and fast formulae within the Oracle SaaS environment resolving issues within the Oracle Solution  providing content for training material  self-learning on the new product features working closely with the team to implement new features establishing a presence and representing Next on Oracle’s Customer Connect Portal  sharing knowledge of the Oracle Solution with the wider team 

About you

You will have:

Previous experience configuring Oracle Cloud HCM and fast formulae is essential Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  Strong communicator with an ability to constructively challenge, facilitate and probe to fully understand the business need, as well as excellent listening skills The ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences The ability to produce an advanced level of clear, detailed and precise documentation The ability to work under pressure and plan, manage and deliver multiple simultaneous activities.
