Job Description:
As a Technical Buyer, you will be responsible for the procurement process within our projects and assist the projects with the practical implementation and preparation of the purchases.
You will work closely with various internal teams, project managers and suppliers to ensure that all materials and services are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.
You will be involved in developing procurement plans, negotiating with suppliers, and monitoring the quality of purchased products.

Responsibilities: Translate drawings to purchase. Provide technical feedback on drawings regarding purchase. Conducting procurement analyses and developing procurement strategies. Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms. Managing the procurement processes and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Collaborating with project teams to identify procurement needs and set priorities. Preparing and maintaining procurement documentation and contracts. Ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal guidelines. Desired Profile: A completed education in a relevant field, preferably in the maritime or technical sector like mechanical engineering. Strong affinity with purchasing and work preparation Some experience in procurement or a similar role is a plus, but enthusiastic starters are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. Analytical thinking and a results-oriented mindset. Team player who can collaborate well in a multidisciplinary team.
