Reports to Mill Shift Supervisor/Production Supervisors

 

What you will do:

Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tool and equipment for the task and ensure the safety of fellow employees Support safe and efficient achievement of production targets through general operation of the Refinery and Loadout equipment Mill clean-up work and equipment inspection

What you will bring:

Grade 12 or GED equivalent Positive Safety behavior and safety leadership Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well as independently Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training Ability to make and implement decisions under all conditions  Stable work record Previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset
