维护技术员负责为包装生产过程提供一线支持, 以及工程改造实施， 包括设备巡检、预防性保养、紧急维修、备件管理、系统验收、确认、工艺及工程改进等项目实施。
主要工作：
•    提供生产设备日常巡检；
•    提供设备维护服务，包括预防性维护，纠正维修、仪表校验等工单执行;
•    维护技术员主要为产线提供机器的故障维修服务，必要时汇报工程师寻求支持;
•    备件管理：协助备件在仓库收货，清点，盘库，备件清单更新;
•    支持和执行生产设备变更，流程改善项目，参与设备确认及确认工作；
•    向操作员分享设备功能和操作技术知识;
•    和轮班人员（操作人员，维修专员，QA等）及其他技术人员合作，推进工作;
•    持续提高设备可靠性，不断提供改善意见、执行改善行动;
•    完成主管分配的其他任务;
基本要求：
•    大专及以上学历，机械、机电一体化、自动化相关专业学习背景，熟练掌握Word和Excel等软件;
•    至少3-5年的相关机械、机电维护工作经验，较强的设备/过程故障排除能力;
•    轮班工作，根据工作需求加班；
•    有低压电工证;
•    有药厂相关工作经验优先;
