Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Technician - Digital Delivery to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital delivery processes, ensuring efficient and accurate project execution through the use of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

Develop and maintain accurate Building Information Models (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings for architectural and engineering projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper coordination and integration of design elementsCreate detailed 3D visualizations and renderings to support project presentations and client communicationsImplement and maintain digital delivery standards and best practices across projectsAssist in the preparation and quality control of construction documentation and technical specificationsEnsure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standardsParticipate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussionsStay updated on the latest digital delivery technologies, BIM/CAD software, and industry trendsSupport the implementation and optimization of digital workflows to improve project efficiencyProvide technical support and guidance to team members on digital delivery tools and processes

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field2-5 years of experience in BIM/CAD in the architecture, engineering, or construction industryProficiency in BIM software such as Revit or ArchiCADExpertise in CAD software, particularly AutoCADStrong 3D modeling and visualization skillsIn-depth knowledge of construction documentation and standardsFamiliarity with digital delivery processes and toolsExperience with project management softwareKnowledge of data management and version control systemsUnderstanding of architectural and engineering principlesKnowledge of construction methodologies and practicesBIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferredExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsEffective communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentWillingness to adapt to new technologies and workflowsCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
