Exciting Technician Opportunity!! Job Description We are seeking a skilled Technician with an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a relevant technical degree, and 1-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with electromechanical products and mechanical assembly. This position involves the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electromechanical products. Additionally, the role requires training team members, developing work instructions, and ensuring the highest quality, reliability, and value of our product offerings. Responsibilities + Assemble and test electromechanical products while carefully following work instructions + Troubleshoot small electromechanical products + Troubleshoot processes and test equipment + Interpret engineering prints and schematics + Interpret and develop production documents such as work instructions and checklists + Train production employees on safety, quality, and processes + Support all safety and quality initiatives including 5S, ESD, and FOD + Support process improvements + Perform other related duties as required Essential Skills + Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or relevant technical degree + 1-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment + Experience with electromechanical products + Mechanical assembly experience Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with precision instrumentation and complex electromechanical systems + Proficiency in Solidworks + Ability to interpret and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical schematics + Experience in creating work instructions and checklists + Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Work Environment Our work environment is fast-paced and takes place in a clean manufacturing facility. The standard hours are from 7am to 4pm, with overtime required at times. Employees receive a 30-minute lunch break with small breaks offered throughout the day. The robotics industry is growing, and there is potential room for growth within the company. We also provide catered lunch to our employees daily.
