Maintenance is responsible for ensuring proper functioning and operation of facility machinery and equipment. This position will lead the installation, repair and inspection of all mechanical and electrical equipment and circuits in the facility, including removal or relocation of new, used or existing production equipment.

Responsibilities Lead the repairs, upgrades, new equipment installations, preventive maintenance, calibrations, relocation or safety related changes or adjustments to the equipment as necessary to maintain production and operation.Lead and manager the rebuild of equipment.Initiate and direct continuous improvement efforts.Develop and manage preventative maintenance and calibration procedures.Source and order equipment and parts as required.Design and fabricate equipment parts and fixtures.Perform and record necessary calibrations in the facility management system.Comply with Company policies, SOP’s, cGMP’s, and all other government regulations as required.Follow all safety procedures when opening, repairing and installing equipment.Set up vision inspection and laser capsule printing equipment according to production requirements.Communicate equipment evaluations to management.Provide training to all Maintenance Technicians and Sr Maintenance Technicians.Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum high school diploma required or Vocational Degree/Certification; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.6+ years of previous maintenance experience preferred.Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Self-motivated with critical attention to detail.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and
decimals.Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Possess a mechanical aptitude; ability to use a large variety of hand tools and basic knowledge of power tools,
forklifts, welding equipment, and cutting torch.Ability to work overtime as necessary.Must have current driver’s license.
