Position Summary:

Responsible of support to production line, diagnosis of non-conforming material, documented failure analysis in CONFLUENCE Format, record of all inputs and outputs of material in system, validate and inspect of reworked material.

Development ideas to get process optimization, increase capacity and cost inventory reduction through continuous improvement. Innovative strategies deployment applying Harman Production System philosophy.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).

Job Responsibilities:

Support to manufacturing areas.Periodic inventories.Disassemble.Document and notify of failures analysis related to product.Deliver one failure analysis report per week using a CONFLUENCE format.Collect non-conforming material.Inspections and capture in system of all failures to keep traceability of non-conforming material.Keep areas focused on 5S's philosophy.Reception of shift.Keep tools in correct conditions and place.Fulfillment of intern audits.Administration and control of A&R Inventory per project/week.Comply with proposed metrics (procedure, scorecard, IKPI, KPI).Support to projects considering the needs of A&R.Review documented information related to problems for A&R support.Comply with norms Environmental Policy (ISO 14000) and Quality Management System (IATF 16949).Supervisory to the disassembly team.

Basic Qualifications:

Leadership.Integrity.Innovation.Inclusion.Teamwork & Respect.Excellence.Associates degree in the Electronics or related fields of study with more than 6 months of experience in manufacturing areas as Diagnostic, Failure Analysis in electronics components or Test technician.Intermediate English level 50% (reading and writing).Oriented to Risk Analysis.Ability to work under stressful conditions.Problem Solving and Continuous improvement skills.Conflict Management.Basic usage of Microsoft Office.Basic usage of measuring equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc,).

Preferred Qualifications:

Change Orientation.Collaboration.Judgment.Result Driven.Bachelor´s Degree in Electronic or Mechatronic, with 6 months of experience in manufacturing areas as Diagnostic, Failure Analysis in electronics components or Test technician.Ability to handle a variety of projects simultaneously without compromising delivery dates.Ability to communicate with other users in a professional and polite way.Interpersonal Skills and Advanced ability to transfer knowledge.Experience in Automotive Industry.Medium knowledge of Microsoft Office.Intermediate English level 70% (reading and writing).Strong knowledge in communication protocols (CAN, RS232, SPI, I2C), Boolean and operational logic, signal amplifiers, Radio frequency signals and electric laws and theories.Technical knowledge in Lab view, Interpersonal Skills and Advanced ability to transfer knowledge.Knowledge on usage of measuring equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, Spectrum Analyzer).Equipment maintenance.Knowledge in norm IPC 7711/21 and IPC 610.Knowledge in ANSI 2020 (ESD).
