For more information, visit .Come join the Shift4 Knowledge Management team as a Technical Writer II. As part of the Shift4 Transformation division, our Knowledge Management team creates content to enable learning and world-class performance for our employees, sales partners and product end users. We are looking for a writer that is passionate about contributing to a learning culture through awesome user experiences. Responsibilities: Review, design, write and edit technical and process documentation following Shift4’s guidelines. Engage and collaborate with user feedback to address content gaps, respond directly to feedback, and promote continuous improvement of documentation experience. Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders by delivering on project specifications and deadlines. Work cross-functionally with departments and support teams to create meaningful documentation that is clear, actionable and engaging for the intended audience. Meet document project milestones on time and advocate for documentation best practices. Standout idea generator and problem solver. Desire to bring proactive innovation and creative thinking to projects to meet new goals and outcomes. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work effectively in both ‘one-on-one’ and team environments. Qualifications: 3+ years writing experience with hands-on experience creating documentation. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to deliver high quality documentation. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to multi-task with multiple deadlines and/or milestone requirements. Strong research and information gathering skills. Experience using Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk preferred. Understanding of Point of Sale and Payments industry is a plus. Experience with Knowledge Centered Service is a plus Candidates will be required to submit samples of their writing as part of the interview process.
