Bring your team-focus, adaptability, and commitment to excellence, and we’ll help you grow what drives you - and deliver the world’s most challenging Operations Management projects, together. #omfs #bia #ourjacobs Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Writing and publishing technical support and documentation using MS Office Suite, applicable tools, guidelines, and templates • Collaborating with leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to enhance processes and develop documentation that supports clients. A strong work ethic and discipline will be expected to ensure team success. • Supervisor instructs the employee on the purpose of the assignment and its scope, limitations, expected deadlines, and priorities. • Organizing material and completing writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology. • Reviewing published materials and recommending revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding. • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education). • Advanced proficiency in desktop publishing software (MS Office i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) • Well organized, can manage processes, analyze information, problem solve and great at multi-tasking. • Strong collaborator with demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Ideally, You'll Also Have: • Experience in understanding how business processes function and translating them into tangible deliverables for clients. • Experience with quick turnarounds in a fast-paced working environment. • Able to travel to office location for Team Collaboration and Training • Supports implementation Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: Safety is a core value at Jacobs.
