This is a maternity leave cover position with a limited contract for ca. 18 months.
What you`ll do
We are looking for a Technical Writer (f/m/d) (Job title: User Assistance Developer) who has already some experience and is looking for further development in a highly professional, customer-focused environment.
Under the guidance of a senior technical writer, you’ll create product documentation in English for SAP Document Reporting and Compliance. This includes researching and defining terminology and reviewing UIs for usability, and overseeing the development of graphics and videos that you require. You’ll work closely with the product owners, software developers, and product management experts to understand the business processes and how the software covers them, and with our information architect to understand and act on customer feedback.
What you bring
A university degree in technical communication or similar Two to three years’ experience in technical writing The ability to think holistically about users’ needs with regard to the software and the user assistance, and to distil information from many sources into one set of clear instructions The ability to create content in all formats Proficiency in written and spoken English
