Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Writer to support an upcoming Mendix project focused on deploying Mendix as a workflow management system across multiple sites, including Albany, NY, and Ohio. Responsibilities: * Document backend systems and processes within Mendix applications, including technical specifications and workflows * Work closely with the project manager, developers, and technical teams to understand and capture processes, ensuring clear communication of the technical aspects of the system * Document the deployment and integration of Mendix hosted in AWS, as well as the migration of databases to the cloud * Contribute to the documentation of workflow processes across 11 plants, with particular focus on the integration of Mendix and Pre-actor scheduling app * Participate in the pilot phase and contribute to documentation as the project evolves * Assist in preparing documentation for the upcoming full deployment of Mendix across all plants Project Details: * Project duration: 5-6 months (with potential for extension as additional plants are added) * Work will be mostly remote, with some travel to plant sites in Monroe and Green County, NY
