Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team! In this role, you will work within a collaborative yet autonomous environment to create high-quality, long-form documentation across multiple departments and functions. A typical day in the life of the Technical Writer includes: + Crafting and maintaining technical documentation such as policies, procedures, manuals, reports, HR guides, IT support documents, and financial data summaries. + Collaborating with internal teams to gather information, review drafts, and ensure accuracy in content. + Exercising autonomous work habits within a dedicated technical writing team, while maintaining cross-departmental coordination where needed. + Performing Quality Assurance (QA) on documentation to uphold high standards for clarity, grammar, and readability. + Producing long-form content (e.g., reports, training materials, guides, and manuals) focused on technical and operational consistency. Requirements + Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, etc. + Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign and Illustrator. + Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and structured authoring tools, such as DITA and Single-Sourcing. + Exposure to web content development workflows and techniques. + Understanding of Agile methodologies and working within Agile frameworks. + Proven experience in technical writing roles, particularly for long-form content like policies, manuals, and reports. + Ability to work both independently and in a team, balancing multiple priorities effectively. + Excellent attention to detail with advanced editing and grammar skills. + Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to extract highly technical or departmental knowledge.
