About the Role
Position: Technical Writer
Reports to: Technical Writing Team Lead
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Technical Writer with operational experience to contribute to the success of an industry-leading offshore asset. As a key member of the technical writing team, you will support the safe and effective operation of the facility by preparing, updating, and reviewing business documents. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and safety of operational documentation.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Minimum 5 years of industry experience as a Technical Writer in an operational environment within the resource sector. Relevant technical/vocational qualifications; experience as a Production/Maintenance Technician or Engineer is highly desirable. Expertise in Word and Excel for templating and document formatting. Proven ability to review, write, and update technical documentation and procedures, ensuring clarity and precision. Experience in identifying and driving improvements in business documentation systems. Strong knowledge of common business management systems and Document Control/Management processes in the resource industry. A clear understanding of hydrocarbon processing and supporting utility operations.A Great Fit for You If You Are:
