Are you someone who can: 

•    Implement processes, which build customer service deliver excellence and encourage others to provide exceptional services
•    Create and maintain working relationships with a variety of stakeholders for purposes of expectation management, knowledge sharing and integration
•    Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines
•    Analyse and/or identify problems/requirements to determine impact, patterns and trends, best fit alternatives and best practice solutions. 
•    Support effective teamwork within the function. 
•    Participate and collaborate across teams.
•    Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of the team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

 
•    Have 6+ years in Java 8, Java 11, Java EE. Knowledge of other programming languages is advantageous
•    Previous team leadership experience is beneficial
•    Are proficient in Atlassian (i.e., JiRA) software suite (to your advantage) 
•    Have experience in the following: Spring framework, API’s, SQL, Git, REST
•    Have a degree in BSc Computer Sciences, Informatics or similar
