Technical Team Lead
Technical Team Lead Job Description CoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks a Technical Team Lead to design and develop applications and platforms using Microsoft Technologies (.NET and SQL Server). Coordinate with DevOps to monitor applications and availability of product launches to ensure expected results are achieved. Translate business objectives into technical requirements, develop project plans, and coordinate schedules for the development team. Implement software development initiatives to specification within scheduled timelines and budget parameters. Utilize Agile methodology to continuously deliver features from each sprint to production. Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends and best practices to strengthen CoStar’s technology platform and development practices. #LI-DNI Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with the design and development of software applications and platforms. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with programming languages and platforms including C#, JavaScript, and TSQL; 5 years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; 3 years of experience developing and implementing RESTful APIs; and 3 years of experience with version control systems including Git and TFS; 2 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; 2 years of experience with React.js and Angular.
