Goals: Serve customers by installing, maintaining / upgrading systems and increases customers’ satisfaction level Responsibilities Accomplish engineering objectives by serving customers and collaborating with sales/marketing team Serve existing accounts by conducting tests before/after installation; receiving technical inquiry from users; prioritizing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; resolving problems Provide technical support to users by identifying problems; researching and answering questions; troubleshooting technical problems; guiding users through corrective steps and repairing devices Establish service by studying system requirements; ordering/managing components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting proved methods and techniques; recommending systems trade-in/upgrade to latest model Provide service training to users on system maintenance and emphasize the importance of using authorized products Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records Maintain consistent communication regarding users with all team members including management, capital sales team, account management team and marketing team Developing and maintaining supportive, productive and efficient relationships with all levels within the organization Complete administrative responsibilities within due date including service case report on (salesforce.com), adverse event report, loaner/demo report, service part report and monthly expense reports Requirements Education Descriptions Academic Degree 4-year degree, Electricity and Electronic Engineering preferred Certificates & License Driver’s license Experiences 3 years’ prior working experience in field technical service Experience in a Multinational company, Healthcare preferred Other Features + Ability to travel adequately to cover territory in provincial area including overnight stays + Ability to transport of up to 40 kg of equipment **This position may be available in the following location(s): [[location_obj]]** Bausch Health Companies Inc. is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
