Our client has a Technical Support NQF 4 for People living with Disability.
Responsibilities
· Learner will need to be mobile and able to physically move the devices, able to stand for long periods, if the learner is deaf, they will need to be able to lop read,
· Receive the devices from Receiving stage,
· Test and determine if the device can be Refurbished,
· Capture the device meter readings,
· Allocate the device into 3 different categories based on the device's condition,
· Physically move the device into designated category warehouse bin location,
· Update the system with the device's designated warehouse bin location
· Provide the device preparers with devices,
· Receive the device components,
· Move the components to the washing bay,
· Wash and clean the components according to the work procedure,
· Ensure that each component is linked to their main device frame,
· Move the washed components and device frames to other team members,
· Maintain good house-keeping practices,
· Move the Refurbished devices into designated warehouse bin locations.
· To provide prompt Customer Service as part of an on-site technical support Team.
· Escalate all device faults that the incumbent is not capable of resolving in accordance with the defined channels and service levels.
· Monitor consumable levels and ensure that toners are replaced timeously where replacement levels have been reached.
· Following and adhering to Processes and Procedures
· Ensure highest level of Customer satisfaction
· To maintain knowledge of relevant products maintenance procedures
· Form part of a culture aligned to Altron’s strategy with regards to purpose; vision; values and goal
· Be aware of the Company’s Occupational Health and Safety Programme, ensuring compliance within your specific workplace
· Become familiar with all ISO/SABS 9002 Quality Assurance Manuals, Procedures, Bulletins, etc including all updates and new editions.
· Develop a sound working knowledge of all ISO/SABS 9002 Quality Assurance Manuals, Procedures and Bulletins including all updates and new editions which directly or indirectly apply to this position

Requirements:
· Be a South African citizen by birth (All races can apply)
· Be between the age of 18-34
· Candidate must have Matric (Grade 12)
· A+ and N+ is advantageous
· Customer satisfaction experience
· Valid medical report
