Technical Support Engineer
Our Client, a Technology company, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for their Moncks Corner, SC location. Responsibilities: + The goal of this team is reduce / minimize damage and the impact of damage for Data Center hardware. + This includes inspection, testing, and repair of critical components to ensure cutting edge Data Center hardware is reliable and maintained in the Data Center environment. + This role is past a Data Center Technician, would be the next level, where they inspect, we have the role coded as Support Engineer. + Quality Team has 5 engineers across US that support the Data Centers globally. + Local Operations Manager POC and partner teams that they will interact with. Will be working independently. + Each center has Technicians that deploy equipment and repair. Will work independently similar to lab environment, but may interact with the technicians. + 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree Requirements: + Hardware experience - failure analysis + Data analysis - entering data and performing data analysis + Good communication skills. + Excel, SQL would be valuable, the rest would be internal tools. + Dashboard skills would be valuable.
