**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Provide L3 support for Java-based applications in a production environment
+ Troubleshoot and resolve and service requests within defined SLAs
+ Collaborate with development teams to analyze and resolve production issues
+ Perform application deployments and ensure proper configuration in the production environment
+ Implement and maintain monitoring tools to proactively identify potential issues
+ Participate in incidents, including system failures, performance issues, and application errors
+ Collaborate with the development team to identify root causes of incidents and implement permanent fixes
+ Monitor production systems and proactively identify potential issues before they escalate
+ Incident management, including incident triaging, investigation, and resolution
+ Document known issues and create knowledge base articles for future reference
+ Continuously improve the production support processes and workflows
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high- Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization of Java applications to ensure optimal performance and scalability
+ Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting availability and reliability of applications
+ Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24x7 support for critical production issues
+ Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). **Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
+ Solid experience pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Experience with L3 support and incident management processes
+ Solid attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
+ Solutions to ensure early detection of issues
+ Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including incident reports, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
+ Proven experience as a Java Production Support Engineer or similar role
+ Solid understanding procedures
+ Ability to participate in on-call rotations to provide support outside regular business hours
+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, of Java-based applications, web services, and related technologies
+ Familiarity with including developers, testers, and infrastructure engineers, to ensure seamless operation of the production environment
+ Continuously strive to improve the SRE principles and practices
+ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK stack, or similar
+ Reliability, availability, and performance of our applications and systems
+ Ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production support and Proficiency in UNIX/Linux operating systems and shell scripting
+ Solid communication and collaboration skills
+ Ability to work under SRE activities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud\
+ Cert in a production environment
+ Experience with incident management tools and processes
+ Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
+ in Java application development and support
+ In-depth knowledge of Production Support L3 Support and SRE activities
+ Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving incidents Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins or GitLab
+ Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques
+ Solid understanding of Java frameworks, application servers, and ifications in Java or related technologies
