Job Discipline Description: Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and services. Responsibilities are within the Technical Customer Support Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.
Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression. Requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.
