Technical Specialist Manager

That’s why many of the world’s largest organizations trust Dynatrace®️ to modernize and automate cloud operations, release better software faster, and deliver unrivalled digital experiences. **Job Description** As a Technical Specialist manager you will be responsible for a team made up of the deepest Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) product experts within Dynatrace, focused on helping the broader Business Insights team drive value to our customers by solving the most complex customer challenges and use cases, providing product feedback and enablement support, tooling to assist with the day to day, and collaborating with other teams as advocates and ambassadors for DEM. As a manager in this role, your responsibilities include: + Developing a deep understanding of your team members, their skills, and areas of expertise and leveraging those skills effectively across varied projects + Mentoring and fostering ongoing growth and development of the team + Conducting 1:1 meetings each month for all members of your team + Working with the Business Insights leadership to ensure ongoing alignment of delivery team needs related to support, enablement, documentation, product changes, and special projects + Working with the Dynatrace Product team to keep up to date with and provide feedback on product ideation and changes + Working with the Enablement Team to develop training content for use by the Business Insights team + Collaborating with other internal teams on various projects including internal tooling, processes, and training + Assisting in onboarding new hires to your team + Ongoing reporting on the status of the team and projects, key success metrics, and capacity planning **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics or other quantitative, technology, or business disciplines is required. + Minimum of 2 years of direct experience leading teams and driving cross functional collaboration **Preferred Requirements:** + Must possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail + Have strong conceptualization and communication skills with demonstrated ability to bring business and technical people together around clear product concepts, and to motivate them to deliver whole, working solutions + Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple conflicting priorities + Recognizes and understands both personal and team dynamics and relationships, is empathetic to stakeholder concerns, is invested in the success of the team and effectively influences, persuades, and collaborates + Strong verbal and written communication skills and confident communicating at different levels with subordinates, peers, and leaders + Able to identify opportunities for improvement and take action towards creating solutions + Resilient and able to bounce back from challenges **Additional Information** + The salary range for this role is $99,000 - $149,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location. + Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system. + We also offer medical/dental benefits, and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement. + This role will be a flexible role with both office working and remote working availability.
