Qualifications:
- Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer
- Relevant experience in the pump industry
 
Core Competencies:
- Knowledge of pump applications, mechanical and hydraulic loading, engineering concepts
- Material strengths, fits, and tolerances
- Hands-on design, engineering, and fabrication of pump components
- Proficiency with CAD software, Autodesk Inventor, 3ds Max
- Metallurgy knowledge
