Job Summary

This position provides technical support and training to improve patient outcomes.

Essential Functions

Provide technical support for therapy activation and titrationSupport therapy optimization of the remedē System during overnight sleep studiesTrain new customers to use the remedē System programmer and to perform all aspects of device programmingWork closely with the Territory Manager (TM) to support all aspects of the sales processCreate awareness of the remedē System by educating potential customers, especially sleep physicians, about the disease, therapy, indications, and clinical dataWork in a highly dynamic environment with an ever-changing scheduleProvide remote technical support during scheduled “on-call” dutiesMaintain current vendor credentials to access customer facilities


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred5+ years of experience in the field of Sleep Medicine, preferably with a minimum of 2 years working in a sleep clinic or sleep laboratory, with extensive experience in scoring sleep studies and interpreting sleep study reports requiredRegistered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification Required andRegistered Sleep Technologist (RST) certification Required andClinical sleep educator certification Required orEquivalent Required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writingExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalTeam-player mindset and willingness to collaborateWilling to take responsibility and act independently when necessary


Travel Requirements

80% Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 80%
