ABOUT THE ROLE

The Technical Solutions Engineer in Arrow ECS will be responsible for building & maintaining influential relationships with Arrow partners supporting with Citrix solutions.

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?

You will primarily be responsible for the technical relationship with CitrixAssisting the internal product team in promoting IT solutions and providing technical support to business partnersAdvising business partners on selecting appropriate solutions for end customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, virtual meetings, and on-site visitsEducating business partners and end customers about products and technologies, often through webinars, workshops, or conferencesSupporting business partners during solution testing (Proof of Concept) and implementations at end customer sites

What are we looking for?  

You have experience in a similar technical position Experience in installing, managing and maintaining offerings such as Citrix App and Desktop virtualisation, XenServer, Endpoint management and NetScalar application delivery and security offeringsFluency in English  Good communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approachEffective communication with people at all levels   Problem solving and capacity to follow through on a task to conclusion.
