Role description: The Test Management Advisor will support a large program that aims to substantially improve our Pursuit process through harmonization, digitalization, and the integration of data analytics and AI. This will be achieved by focusing on improving our Pursuits from end-to-end by connecting our Pursuit to Win and Delivery to Result tooling and processes. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating as well as delivering test execution. In addition, he / she will be responsible for driving OEA internal and external clients to deliver testing events to their deadlines.  

The position requires extensive working knowledge (at least 8 years) of: 

Various programming languages such as Visual studio. Net, VB Script, HTML, Gherkin Language, Java Script, Python  As well as experience with tooling and applications such as QTP, Azure DevOps, Tosca, Jira, JMeter, Selenium, GIT Hub, Cucumber  Oracle ERP Cloud or another major ERP platform, and related technologies, such as APEX or ABAP and database languages such as MS Access, SQL Server, Oracle Technologies such as OIC, ODI, OTBI and APIs.  And finally previous test execution experience. 

Role accountabilities:

Responsible for coordinating the test activities in the program, including the coordination of two other testers in the program.   Design, setup and implement an automated testing framework for the program. Assure a fit to size solution that will enable a balanced mix of automated and manual testing to efficiently test the dynamic nature of the program applications Responsible for the execution of assigned test cases, as well as the retesting (process) of resolved defects. Involved in the control, planning and monitoring of the test activities. Monitor status of test case progress and defects in Azure DevOps and follow up where needed. Estimation of test effort and discuss with management about the necessary resources to achieve the goals. Lead and monitor the analysis, design & implementation of test cases / procedures / suites. Ensure the configuration & traceability of the tests. Schedule the test executions and report on progress, quality status, and results. Write summary reports. Provide guidance to other test teams (members) in their daily tasks. Responsible for the creation of test plans. Participate in Project Meetings. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.  

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as a software tester and test coordinator, or similar role (8 + years).   Good knowledge of Agile framework and regression testing.   Ability to document and troubleshoot errors and rapidly learn new application software and features.   Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and / or ERP software in general.   Strong knowledge of current industry wide Quality & Test processes and practices, tools and techniques.   Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as .NET, Java and VBS, as well as (automated) testing tools such Tosca, JMeter, Postman, Selenium, Jira and Azure DevOps.  Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.   Proficient in the use of standard office automation software.   Excellent attention to detail.   Analytical mind and strong organization and problem-solving skills.   BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
