Technical Services Representative - New York

Job Summary

The Technical Service Representative will play a key role in supporting Henry’s strategy to grow the their entire Building Envelope System portfolio. These systems include air barriers, below and above grade waterproofing, roofing and insulation. This role requires hands-on knowledge of waterproofing system installation and will work closely with sales, installation, and administrative teams. Reporting directly to the Northeast Regional VP, the successful candidate will bring at least three (3) years of field experience and technical expertise to ensure high-quality execution, risk mitigation, and contractor support on job sites.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize and schedule work crews to ensure efficient and timely project completion. Collaborate with installers, consultants, and general contractors to understand jobsite needs and requirements. Conduct and lead pre-installation meetings to ensure alignment and readiness. Deliver product trainings and on-site support as needed. Maintain thorough documentation including approval letters, scope changes, change orders, and daily record sheets. Review contracts and implement risk mitigation procedures to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure all Henry staff, observers, and contractor crews comply with applicable health and safety standards. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in waterproofing systems or related construction/technical field. Strong understanding of installation processes and construction site operations. Effective communicator with the ability to lead meetings and trainings. Detail-oriented with experience in document control and change order management. Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
