Your role on the team:
The Technical Services Consultant reports directly to the Technical Services Consultant, Team Lead in the Client Services Organization. The Technical Services team implements solutions & solves complex problems for our clients. The Technical Services Consultant is responsible for achieving a high satisfaction rating from clients by having a successful implementation of software solution projects.
You can expect to:
Gain understanding of solution from client perspective, technical & implementation perspective Shadow various types of services and participate in an end-to-end implementation, including requirements, configuration, and train the trainer Understand data needed for importing, exporting, and integrations Understand & adopt Frontline Education Service Delivery processes including the use of PSA & Project Management Tools Understand and learn to use importing & exporting tools (as applicable) Be able to successfully map the requirements needs & data to appropriate integrations Technically manage & architect an end-to-end implementation including data gathering, data mapping, integrations Understand state-specific needs/requirements, as appropriateWhat you bring to the role:
Confidently lead Integration Discussions including internal integration, state reporting & 3rd party integrations Lead, own, and manage technical aspects of client implementations and lead requirements gathering, business analysis, system configuration, testing, and training Extract, analyze, and assess client business needs and workflows; make consultative recommendations. Set up and configure client’s workflows (business processes), security roles and rights, etc. per requirements and system administration Recommend best practices to clients based on product capabilities and business process workflows Provide technical expertise and training to colleagues and clients Ability to take on large, strategic accounts and be cross-trained on a variety of solutions Team player, but exceptional at working independently Communicate effectively - both verbally and written - to peers, leadership, and business partners including strong questioning and listening skills and ability to look beyond obvious answers to understand impacts Working directly with customers to document and validate technical requirements, which are then mapped to the application’s functionalityThis role requires:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 5+ years of prior experience working in a SaaS-based company Strong analytical skills, data management, and reporting capabilities Strong SQL data parsing capabilities. Assist existing/new customers with the processes/requirements involved in setting up SSO, SFTP, and other specialized SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS) projects to receive/deliver solution application data. Process and communicate with customers throughout Technical Services projects for Historical solution-related artifacts/data collection, validating, and importing. Ability to design, build and deploy various SSIS packages as well as analyze, build, and provide custom SQL-based reports via the application reporting tools/functions. Work with SaaSIO/Cloud/Systems and Dev Teams where special coordination of resources, and technical appropriations are necessary. Experience with Technical Integrations (SFTP, Web-Services, REST APIs, etc.) Proficiency in MS EXCEL, MS OFFICE, MS SQL/PLSQL, C#, TSQL/CLR, FTP/HTTP, Scripting
