Provides software and hardware products as well as workplace equipment following work instructionsFulfills user and access management requests following work instructionsAnswers and/or forwards technical questions and supports users in all IT technical mattersLearns technical change requests implemented by backend teamsAsset-, stock- and demand ManagementTakes care of accurate stock and inventory management Prepares asset demandsExecutes disposals following work instructionsProjects & Improvements:
Assists onsite with general IT build out tasksParticipates in discussions for workplace improvementsLearns differences in best practices for IT service processes Points out ambiguities and asks questions to improve day-to day operationsCollaboration & LearningImproves craft as an Engineer and as a professional and widens horizon beyond current assignments, seeking to learn from peers, feedback, and observation, as well as from trainings and technical literatureReads and understands step-by-step guides and technical work instructions
This is a hybrid position (2 days per week) out of Mountain View, CA.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in desktop technical supportHS Diploma or GED requiredPreferred Qualifications:
