Technical Sales Support Analyst
Shift 1 (United States of America)

Position Summary:

Develop comprehensive sales quotations, track order progress, intervene with customers and internal organization on order issues, participate in customer discussion when required for sales support, work closely with sales organization to determine order specifications, work with manufacturing to set delivery dates and resolve issues.

Prepare sales quotations for sales organizationEnter orders.Advise and support sales and customers in the selection of the correct equipment for specific applicationsCommunicate with salesforce and customersInvestigate problem orders and provide improvement suggestionsRelay confirmed ship dates to sales and customersHelp in the development of sales toolsProvide input on sales quotations for customersTrack order progress and resolve order issues

Part of the Customer Service Team.

 

Basic Qualifications:

Should be able to work with multiple projects (multi-task) in a specialty product environment.Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings to quote properly.Ability to review and understand preinspection reports for quoting screw rebuilds.Proficiency in the use of PC based applications, including Microsoft Office.Computer  LiterateExcelWordProjectMechanical aptitudeAbility to perform well in strenuous and high-pressure settingsHigh energy/drive for successful completion of tasksCareful attention to detail

 

Preferred Qualifications:

2-3 years of related experience or equivalent years of experience and trainingCombination of education and experience as described aboveAssociates Degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering
