Regional Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities•\tSells products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.•\tEstablishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promotes their understanding of ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution.•\tBuild relationships with consultants base and influence specification position•\tEnsures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.•\tPrepares sales plans using ABB authorized tools.•\tWorks closely with segment managers, marketing, and RSM to execute the regional sales strategy.•\tCreates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals, by using effective sales techniques.•\tCommunicates to the customers about the details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.•\tEnsures efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.•\tIdentifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.•\tManages administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.•\tWork closely with our Field Application Engineering team to ensure comprehensive coverage of consultants in the region.•\tEnsures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers are in place, including prices and trading conditions.
