Responsibilities 

Customer Relationship Management: Foster and nurture strong partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted technical expert and advisor in the field. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and deliver compelling product presentations. Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical guidance and support to clients, both remotely and on-site, assisting in the selection and design of appropriate liner hanger systems for specific well applications. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, analyzing data to identify potential customers and understand their requirements. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on the proper use and installation of liner hanger systems, ensuring knowledge of new products, technologies, and industry standards. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and ongoing projects, preparing regular reports and forecasts on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction, sharing best practices and innovative ideas.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in liner hanger systems and related products, with industry technical or operational expertise. 2 years of sales and commercial experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to quickly gain a broad-based knowledge of Weatherford Products and Services. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
