Minimum requirements for the role:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mechanical seals, pumps, or a related industry Must have a strong understanding of mechanical seals, pumps, and their applications. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on building trust and long-term relationships. Must have a proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations. Must have good time management and organizational skills. Must be proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Additional Skills (considered a plus).
