TEMCA is a 15-year-old affiliate producing and distributing lubricant products under the TotalEnergies brand across the country. The customer portfolio is mainly composed of Buying Group, direct sales and distributors.





Activities

Responsible for monitoring and developing a portfolio of customers and prospects of various sizes, from SMEs to major industrial units in various sectors: steel, chemicals, energy, automotive, equipment manufacturers, food processing, etc.

 

Applies and enforces QHSE procedures in accordance with the policy defined by the company.Consolidates the existing clientele with a concern for profitability.Develops sales and margins through targeted prospecting in accordance with the commercial policy defined for TEMCA (TotalEnergies Marketing Canada)Develops the service offer: ANAC (oil in service analysis), training, auditing...With the Key Accounts that are attached to him: coordinates and develops the sale of lubricants in connection with the other RTC (Technical Sales Manager).Ensures the traceability of the commercial relationship in SALSA (Salesforce tool): contacts, reports of visits, opportunities, ...Develops written technical-commercial proposals to customers if necessary.Provides technical support to customers and decides on the means to be implemented with his manager and the support of the Technical and Training team.Participates in the settlement of any disputesHandles contract reviews with customers.Participates in the knowledge of the market by providing all useful information (prices, competition, products, services).Analyzes results and participates in the development of objectives.Works in tandem with the Customer Service Advisor in the Customer Service DepartmentParticipates in the launch of new ranges and the development of our innovative commercial offersContributes to the recovery of the debt.

He/she is also a source of proposals aimed at facilitating day-to-day operations or improving the positioning of TotalEnergies.
