Technical Sale Support Professional – Process Automation-Pharmaceutical & Life SciencesPharmaceutical – Chemical-API, Formulation, Biological & Life Sciences.
Profile:-1. Drive and Accelerate the Process automation Solutions, Digitalization and Innovation business inPharmaceutical Industry with the Core domain Knowledge and technical competency. 2. Develop innovative approaches for value selling to customer’s requirements.3. Work in collaboration with product management and Business development team toIdentification of new market opportunities and create value addition.4. Maintain and develop close working relationship with Proposals, Execution, Sales and Customerservice teams.5. Address the customer challenges, Pain- Points and support in developing and implementingDomain specific concepts with digitalization and Innovative solutions.6. Align with Sales Manager and customer for technical compliance, optimization and best fitsolution from House of Siemens.7. Technical Support to Sales team and product team with expertise in chemical API manufacturingprocess, drive the Bid preparation, technical compliance and Cost optimization, support in order finalization during project acquisition phase for Automation (Control) Systems.8. Evaluate the Technical, Commercial risk with applicable impact and its mitigation measures 9. Having basic knowledge for proposal making for Automation & project execution forpharmaceutical projects.
Focus on Chemical API manufacturing- Market analysis, Market definition, customer intelligence, CRM, opportunity management, solutions management etc.Once the project is bagged, you need to execute the project as Project Manager till the successful and timely handover of the project to customer together will payment recovery.
Pre-Requisite:-Having Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics/Chemical Engineering with 8 - 15 years ofexperience.Experience and knowledge in Instrumentation and control (DCS/PLC/ESD)Knowledge of DCS, ESD & PLC and Zone classification and Communication protocols.Should have basic domain knowledge for Pharmaceutical Chemical API manufacturing plantsautomation etc.Knowledge of tender documentation and bid preparation (Automation system) Strong Communication and Interactive.Disciplined.Knowledge and experience of Distributed Control Systems and associated topics across theProcess Automation market, knowledge on MES is preferrablePharma domain knowledge in Chem API and FormulationSelf starter, committed, with motivation and drive to build a business with significant growthexpectations.Adaptability and flexibility.Team player.DCS knowledge with Siemens and/or competitor products and a broad understanding ofassociated products and technologies.Strong communication and presentation skills are requiredUnderstand the impact of Digitalization on the Process Industry
