The Tech Support It Ops is responsible for daily production work tasks and provides advanced system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems.

This is an onsite position located in PONTA GROSSA

Support in project implementationEquipment control in SCCM and Active DirectoryInventory controlInstallation of equipment for new accounts or projects. Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or universityLocated in CuritubaIntermediate english level6 months to 1 year of relevant experienceAnd meet timelines on deliverablesKnowledge in the management of Windows & Mac OS network configuration.Knowledge in PC Maintenance.Knowledge managing DNS and Active Directory.Proficient in Microsoft Office
