Technical Recruiter

System One is assisting a Tulsa client with a search for a Technical Recruiter.  This is a new position due to business growth.  Competitive benefits and bonus eligible.

Responsibilities: Will manage the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a smooth and positive experience Determine company's needs through collaboration with hiring managers understanding the technical requirements and project needs Develop and execute a strategic recruiting plan for identifying technical talent using a variety of methods Screen and evaluate the candidates ensuring technical and cultural fit.  Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Communicate periodic updates on status of searches and candidate pipelines Stay up-to-date on the market / industry trends, competitor practices and emerging technologies Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical recruiter role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience  Strong understanding of technical roles and aptitude for learning technical areas Strong communication and negotiation skills Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with computers and recruiting databases Ability to build relationships with technical professionals and industry partners May require travel up to 10 - 20% Target Salary:  $75K - $85K
