You’ll need to be part researcher, brand advisor, talent coinsurer and passionate engagement specialist. What you’ll do:
Perform full life cycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, extending offers, and initiating the on-boarding processSource passive candidates using proactive recruiting methods for open positions while building a pipeline of talent for future needsPost and monitor positions on 3rd party job boardsProvide outstanding customer service to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring the Intapp brand is well representedMaintain company’s ATS (workday) by updating candidate and requisition statusesPerform general administrative functions, such as copying, creating and updating recruiting forms, templates, and activity reportsProvide general backup to the Senior Technical Recruiters and all other recruiters as neededCollaborate the HR department in additional areas, such as employee events and departmental projectsWhat you’ll need:
3-5 years of technical and engineering talent acquisition/recruiting experience requiredExperience sourcing passive candidates using resume database toolsAbility to use creative recruiting methods with limited resourcesExperience with Applicant Traffic Systems and sourcing platforms (preferably hireEZ /LinkedIn recruiter and workday)Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and follow-through skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates initiative and eagerness to learnWhat you’ll get:
