Position Summary
As a dedicated Technical Quality Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing transformational engineering solutions for large and complex programs using Java, Selenium, Playwright, Typescript, JavaScript, Jenkins, Content management tool like Adobe Experience Manager. You will also be involved in multiple continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across Cognizant’s service lines and business units.

Mandatory Skills
Overall 18+ years of experience in Quality Assurance & Engineering and 4+ years as Quality Architect.

Selenium, Java, Spring Boot, Cucumber BDD, Microservices, Playwright, SQL, JIRA, GitLab, Bamboo, POSTMAN, Rest Assured, Adobe Experience Manager, Confluence, HP ALM, Splunk, Test Data Management, AWS Services (API Gateway, Message Queues, Event Bridge), Pact Framework for Contract Testing, qTest, ServiceNow, Service Virtualization and PowerBI Reporting Domain Skills – Insurance and Telecom.

Roles And Responsibilities

Working with your squad and scrum teams to define and deliver Digitally transformed solutions for our customers and business users. Designing and developing complex and large-scale systems using Agile as a Software Development Life Cycle methodology. Exceptionally skilled in defining and implementing strategies for complex application environments with Service Virtualization and API techniques where legacy and strategic applications interact effectively and transact successfully. Familiarity with concepts of API and microservices architecture using SOAP, POSTMAN and REST. Should have strong expertise in scripting technologies like Selenium with Java Script and Playwright with Typescript. Knowledge on AWS Development using Lambda, Spring Boot, Agile and Scrum. Technical Integration Lead and architect to analyze requirements with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Test managers and provide inputs to strategy documentation to align with the requirements. Maintain the multiple environment landscape and perform stability checks. As a certified scrum master and agile expert, create user stories aligning to the epics, conduct various ceremonies from scrums to sprint planning to backlog refinements, and retrospectives. Experienced in Test Strategizing, planning, Test recommendation report and Test summary reports, providing walkthroughs and acquire signoffs. Quality Architects convert the requirements into High-Level Epics to create a user story to track the efforts. Managing the code and scripts using the code repositories using GitLab, Bitbucket and to deploy the code using bamboo and CI/CD pipelines and managing using Jenkins. Security assessments and vulnerability checks using Penetration tests. Good working Knowledge on Insurance Sales, Services functions for multiple products including Motor, Home insurance products. Working knowledge and experience in Duck Creek product for Insurance management activities.

Salary Range: >$100,000
