Location of position: Remote


 

As our Digital Integration Expert, you will successfully analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure that objectives are completed by performing the required duties while working with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.

You will bring 5+ years of project management (leading people, managing project budgets, and planning for successful project execution). You may also have 3+ years of experience working with Digital Solutions, Access Control Integration, Data Networks (LAN/WAN), and IT systems.

Additionally, you will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.

Hiring requirements

Ability to lead cross-functionally through influencing without authority.

Strong and effective communication skills with all levels of employees, customers, contractors etc., both oral and written. 

Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagrammatic form.

Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding safety and environmental governmental regulations.

Comprehensive understanding of KONE’s processes, policies and contracts/product offerings.

Familiarity with competitor product offerings and practices.

Sound working knowledge of construction industry.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $142,900 – $196,460.  The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.


Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
