You will be the regional service owner/technical project manager for OEC Group's digital B2B service (Customer portal: Query/Booking, Tracking, Reporting/Dashboard, and Communication capabilities).

What you will do...

Play the role as the regional US Service ownerEngage US key stakeholders to:Define and drive regional voice of customer routines to continuous collect service feedbackFormulate and communicate customer/business requirements with global IT teamsCollaborate with IT and business product owners to globally align service roadmapHost regional Business and IT review to confirm business development prioritiesBe the 1st line of business requirement reviewer to eliminate any ambiguity, seek clarifications and follow up to ensure all aspects of the requirements are covered and clearly documentedPlay the role as the technical project managerCollaborate with product owners and project managers (business and IT backend), to deliver solutions through project management phases from requirement specification, design to test and releaseManage IT project schedule and ensure scope/quality controlManage incident resolution and Service request fulfillmentAct as L2 support as the US part of a global 14/5 operation, front by Service Desk (L1)Monitor and maintain the service health and availabilityManage enhancements/change requestsControl normal change requests and delivery routinesFacilitate and/or emergency change proceduresContinuously improve L1/end user knowledge to increase self-service/service efficiency Define, document, and communicate support procedures and policies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field5 to 7 years of experience in IT project management/service delivery of enterprise eBusiness portalWorking knowledge / experience withSoftware development methodology (SDLC, Agile)Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, SQLProject management (Agile/SCRUM, PMP)IT service managementVerbal fluency in Mandarin

Work schedule

New York Office: 9 am - 6 pm EST (Hybrid)

Salary Range

$135,000-$155,000 annually based on education and experience level
