Job Description

We’re looking for an outstanding Technical Project Manager – a digital producer with a passion for using collaboration, the creative process and emerging technologies to produce world-class interactive experiences for our clients. You’ll help create dynamic digital experiences and integrated campaigns for our clients, especially within our Digital Delivery Practice, where our project work includes experience design and development, digital and social media campaigns, digital partnership activations and promotions, eCommerce and CMS implementations, CRM programs and branded content. You will need to be a creative advocate, strive to be proactive, have a passion for technology, maintain a deep project management toolkit, and exercise excellent communication skills.

What you’ll do - As a Manager on the Technical Project Management team, you will:

Collaborate and lead complex cross-capability projects and integrated program management.Lead client discussions on project plans to ensure client understands project flow and due dates needed in order to meet end goals.Produce top-down and bottom-up scopes, project schedules, resource plans and risk & change management plans, utilizing appropriate tools.Participate in new business RFI or RFP requests when necessary.Begin management, leadership, and effective communication trainings.Demonstrate strong written and oral presentation skills.Sets goals for yourself and may manage multiple direct reports to set goals and conduct regular reviews.

Day-to-day, your role includes:

Setting up projects and programs for success (right team, properly planned, client alignment)Run daily stand-ups with the relevant project team.Create the daily production schedule for your projects together with Operations content.Manage daily production, project check-ins and schedule go-lives.Manage technical and design consultations with Senior Front-End Developer and UX Designer.Project scoping for costing and scheduling purposes.Ensuring QA / QC activity is performed to the highest standard and that the relevant evidence of testing is provided, and accurate.  Be the gatekeeper of third-party tools and technical documentation.Ensure all work is done according to platform requirements and CI requirements.Promote and manage production team wellness and growth.

Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

A relevant tertiary qualification in Operations Management / Production Management or similar. (CAPM / SAFE / AGILE / BABOK…)At least 4 years’ experience in a Digital Agency as a Snr Traffic Manager or Snr Production Manager.Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint etc.)Proficient using Apple products (i.e. Mac)Digital experience is essential.Technical project management experience is essential.Knowledge of CMS’s (preferred), Sharepoint and Wordpress.A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)Excellent leadership skills.Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.Strong administrative and organizational skills.Strong presentation skills.Technical skills:Basic understanding of front-end coding environments will be beneficial.Basic infrastructure dependencies will be beneficial.Scrum Master / Agile software principles SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).

Miscellaneous:
