Growing together.** **Primary Responsibilities:** + Provides project management support + Develops, leads, and manages projects utilizing project management methodology and tools + Organizes, plans, estimates, and schedules assigned projects and tasks + Assesses, evaluates, and recommends technical and business solutions + Evaluates vendor product offerings and leads selection process + Develops, negotiates, and implements project prioritization processes + Balances resource requirements to determine project staffing needs + Facilitates the development, negotiation, and management of associated contracts + Guides large group working sessions and stakeholder meetings + Oversees quality management + Develops standards for project deliverables + Builds and maintains relationships with customers and vendors + Facilitates gathering customer requirements + Ensures customer expectations are managed + Monitors financial resources + Forecasts, develops, and manages project capital and operating budgets + Assists in the development of return on investment (ROI) analysis + Supports staff development + Develops and implements project team development + Adjusts staffing requirements and assignments in a matrix environment + Other duties as assigned + Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
